Those holders between them hold more than 57% of the stock - and a lot of them are Korean steel and power companies who are interested in coal rather than a quick sell of their holding.
Hopefully this will make any potential suitors think twice before launching a takeover bid. They are going to have to pay top dollar to get a controlling stake in COK.
