Your claim that "fair value" is x, y, and z is also dubious since "fair value" actually carries weight in the industry, the definition is: "Fair value is the actual selling value of an asset that is agreed to be paid by the buyer as set by the seller."

This was in regards to the well pad expansion, not the drill commencing. Do not be confused. Also... even after the rig gets there, they need to follow the processes for abandoning Alameda-1 before they start on Alameda-2... So even after the rig arrives, it would be "x" weeks, before the spudding.
