Not necessarily but it helps if you’re a holder before people will care what you say.
But it’s a free country and so of course you have every right to air your opinion or grievance.
But don’t expect holders to really care.
I’ve owned enough shares over the years and listened to people on HC voice opinions on stocks they don’t own
I can tell you that any stock I’ve sold , I’ve never gone back on HC to make a negative comment on. But that’s just me I guess.
