The NT established and has had 4 renewable energy solar farms in operation for the past 2 years.
In that time they they have supplied no (as in none) electricity to consumers and will not be capable of doing so for the foreseeable future.
What is the cost to benefit assessment of that?
The words 'An abject and embarrassing failure' comes to mind.
