6.3 Special costs orders as sought by the plaintiff should be made

1. For these reasons, I am satisfied that there is a fairly arguable case that each of these items in the relevant cost determinations are inadequate because of the complexity and importance of the action, and the special costs orders sought by the plaintiff should be made.
2. I am also of the opinion that the defendants should pay the plaintiff's costs of the costs application to be assessed, if not agreed.
