The suspension timeframe doesn't make sense for Solid Gold, nor India Bore Diamond Holdings.
In my view, the long timeframe will the the fault of a government somewhere. I believe it is likely to be due to needing some preliminary approvals for the transfer of acreage.
Private enterprise can work quickly. Governments cannot.
