It's a progressive build.

I assume the initial generator would be there for show / proof of concept and little else, being hooked up with only relative minor works required.

The initial main play is the stage one 200MW power station, this will then be expanded to 400MW over 1 - 2 further stages.

As for the management team it is very much a progression of the business plan. I don't see it as a requirement or even a strategy to secure a cornerstone investor, just the evolution of an exciting business model. I still hope and think a cornerstone investor will arrive shortly, just don't see the formalizing of an Exec team as a pre-requisite.

To me the big take-out of that announcement was the further de-risking of the company, in that the business becomes a little less dependent on Len. Whilst he still remains the heart and sole of the company, no business wants to rely on one person for success or failure. In the early days this was a significant risk, over time a management team has been built to support him and now an Exec team created. This will not only allow the workload to be shared but also create a natural succession plan.
