No, the divi will be 20 to 30% of 2023 "Financial Year" free cashflow. Just in case you are not aware, there is ~5.5 months before 23 financial year closes/ends. And probably sometime in August, more likely September 23, the bean counters will reconcile the accounts and free cashflow for the 2023 financial year will be revealed, which will allow the board to make a final decision.
