The real traders will not come in unless we break above 29.5c (blue line) and a clear up-trend is evident. Anything below this price and the market is enmeshed in congestion areas. We are still very early as far as the charts are concerned. Still in a base building and accumulation stage. It has not even started the move yet. Just my 2cts on the technicals.
