2 ways of heading to producing:
1) The Gekko and
2) GV with Toll Processing

What takes precedence?
Is GV just used as a backup if Gekko is a dud
What happens if the Gekko is a dud and GV funding fails?
Any shareholder should already be aware of these answers ordinarily as other companies inform shareholders with actual strategy based upon an actual plan and make it known by full and continuous disclosure in a timely manner.
