Former Trust Company risk management professional John Diasinos has joined as a full-time company secretary as Stirling faces increased regulatory reporting obligations.
The Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries fellow and National Institute of Accountants member has extensive experience in all aspects of company secretarial work, compliance and risk management, having worked at a number of listed entities.
Diasinos has a Master?s of Commercial Law and is completing a Master?s of Risk Management.
Award-winning brand manager Wayne Miller has been appointed to Stirling?s Canadian subsidiary, joining Stirling Pharma?s Cape Breton plant senior sales, brand and management executive team.
Miller is an accomplished executive capable of designing and implementing a sales and marketing strategy for the United States and Canada, Stirling said.
He has previously overseen large-scale introductions of over-the-counter drugs into pharmacies, planning and implementing marketing launches and product sales into more than 26,000 stores.
Stirling Pharma has appointed Alex Della Mora as its new Cape Breton pharmaceutical manufacturing plant manager.
He has more than 18 years experience in management of pharmaceutical manufacturing and is recognised for his innovation and performance excellence, Stirling said.
