Untill this Gold Valley funding issue is clarified for the market , I believe the stock should be suspended from trading .
This is because the stock ran to 6 cents on the Gold Valley funding announcement . Thus there are shareholders out there , who paid up to eleven times the current share price, representing a substantial loss in anyone's reckoning.
It is grossly inadequate to explain it away as 'unforseen circumstaces'
