Bryan has always said that scalability is very important. I would like to see a low cost initial phase. Budget required for amended BFS and how the funding will be achieved. I would prefer a CR at a discount to existing shareholders. Think we deserve a nice re-entry point after all this pain.
A conservative timeline that should deliver the BFS early. If something does delay it, we have a margin of error without running out of funds (again).
I believe we should have a plan to fund this ourselves. We shouldn't put our hopes onto getting a partner. When you need others to fund a project you have very little power to negotiate a good deal unless we have multiple bidders. I believe with a low cost start up it could be possible with debt/equity to start the project without the need of a JV.
I believe this would put us in a stronger position to get a JV if the possibility does arise. If it doesn't, they were never going to partner with us in the first place. I believe the key is to prepare for the worst case scenario.
How much equity would we need to raise on the back of a successful BFS? 200-300m? I think that would be possible.
