    Or could it be an offer for more than just Bula?

    My back of envelope figures put something like $16 million on Bula...when you take into account the rig, the spare parts inventory, oil inventory, existing stand-alone infrustructure and finally the premium that might be required to entice LIO out of a constantly "re-charging" Bula field.

    Double that and you buy the company!

    Could be some surprises on the way?
