I think @SimonGr provides a valuable, sober counterpoint to the often ridiculous levels of optimism shown in this forum. I have followed Redflow since Flex manufactured the batteries in Mexico, sometimes holding, other times not. What I can say is that this company has been like a vacuum cleaner for money. Every promising development has come to effectively nothing. The Thai factory is not operating anywhere near capacity years after being commissioned. Every significant installation has been provided at break-even or worse pricing. The company's cash flow is showing no signs of a trend toward positive. The management demonstrates no commitment to any particular strategy or market: are they targeting telecos, or off-grid, or commercial, or grid-related? As a result they look like amateurs fluffing around doing a bit of this, a bit of that, picking the low-hanging fruit or the projects handed to them, and never gaining anything that looks like momentum.
This company has hurt everybody who has ever invested money in it. The more money, the bigger the hurt. The biggest commitment of all came from Simon Hackett, and as a result he has suffered the greatest loss.
The only reason I've kept following this company is the technology, but even the technological advantages are leaking away over time as more alternatives are appearing offered by more effective companies.
