Honestly, let’s be realistic, at the last CR the participant brokers had left over shares that they have no choice but to sell on market when they can and any loss goes to Nova via the CR fee. Remember that the word “over subscribed” was never mentioned. imo
So, don’t buy shares and make it easy for the brokers. It will take awhile for this to sort itself out.
