Unsure why any LTH, who has held EXR based on fundamentals, would be selling out right at the ball drop? Especially after a few years of SP depreciation. The commerciality milestone will be proven or disproven within a few months at worst. If there is some logical reasoning as to why it's a good time to sell I am all ears.
