As a Swede, I can say with certainty this is just political waffle. First, no grades or anything is provided, and never will be (LKAB is government owned). Secondly, it will (regardless of grade) never ever get the approvals required. Kiruna (the city where the site is located) will move (like, the entire city) due to the ongoing iron ore extraction making the ground where the city is located unstable. It's also a very environmentally important area.
You will never see a REE mine there.
