    if the fundamentals stay the same and I keep loosing money. What good is it to me.

    The project fundamentals were not that bad even way bay in the ROY days.

    Think of all those who slipped into the unmarketable parcel category just because of the SP crash. Do you think they care that the project fundamentals haven't changed?
