Who says that current BOD would not accept a TO offer at the right price and with guarantees of future leadership roles in the acquired entity?
Something tells me though that this TO price will have to be revised upwards after this coming 4c. So, the question then becomes whether you will buy into the story (as a current non-holder) before the 4c is out or leave that Disallowed (from here) for others enjoy but maybe you are doing so as we speak
