    The following are my notes from the CR conducted in AUG2022 at $0.03 after first revenue was announced:

    o NEVER meet commitments
    o NEVER offer CR to SH
    o CR being completed on onerous terms
    o CR 12% discount even though there was FirstR
    o CR To expand production - Why not fund from FCF?
