Hi Gernot,

I thought I would touch base and see how Mogul is progressing as we enter 2023.

I last spoke with you in September 2022, along with other shareholders, I for one would have thought that after screening in excess of 70 potential accusation targets we would have some positive news.

We have done one partnership- nothing substantial, Chris has not engaged with Shareholders at all.

If Mogul is the pure play platform you boast, may I suggest you start looking to be acquired rather than acquiring as this does not seem to be working and surely the best tournament platform would have a value to others.

I could go on with a lot more issues, however I think it’s morally correct to give you right of reply and provide shareholders aka part owners of Mogul an update.
