A decade ago when REE prices were high there were two REE projects in Sweeden. One was almost as big as MCP or Lynas. other was small.
When prices collapsed they closed like many mines at the time. I do not know if this is same mine, and too lazy to go find it. It did have more heavies than MCP or Lynas but lower grade ore which made processing expensive.
