On the face of it a positive Report - but has a touch of the Mandy Rice-Davies comment about it "well he [Pattersons] would say that, wouldn't he!" I NEVER take any notice of Brokers' Reports that come from a Broker responsible for all the main capital raisings of the Company in question.
