The CUS leadership is comprised of some expert SA Cu heavy-hitters. This group of explorers pegged three sides covering 5560km2 surrounding Demetallica's (now A1M) Peake and Denison JV with OZL.

P&D drilling has proven there is IOCG there, prompting CUS to say: "The Peake & Denison geological domain was recently recognised as equivalent to the copper-rich Cloncurry District in Queensland via drilling results by neighbouring Demetallica (October 2022)". Slides 2/12/22.

Maybe.

The CUS slides also say: "An extensive 6-month drilling program to commence in Q1, 2023."

So, two sets of drilling underway - by A1M of P&D and by CUS around it. We should see the bold claims above proven or disproven fairly quickly.

Whether BHP, OZL's new owner, wishes to stump up more drill money is an open question. If not, that project reverts to A1M.

I thought it worth a small punt.
