Leadership officially changed to Rob Ryan 5 days later.
The SS is Ryan's not AP's or Mair's or the geos although they would have had input.
It is what he did at Bardoc and well outside AP's geo/banker skill set.
Ryan went on to present very insightful presentations on how his pathway to production is viable.
