If RR does his job (no more than doing what he is paid to do) and gets the share price back to $0.40 (making up for lost ground rather than superior historical performance) he will be sitting on $1.8m in free shares issued under the performance rights.
I have voted for RR’s PR’s with the caveat that he provides us with a plan as to how and WHEN he kicks the necessary goals. AP’s problem was setting expectations (Diggers and Dealers being the most recent example) and not meeting them. To date RR has not broken any promises simply because he has made none. It’s time for that to change.
