I am in two minds with what I believe will be a cancellation of the CR. We really need the new management to turn this into a profitable company so that sustainable dividends can be paid or at least a higher SP By using the CR money they will be saving on the high cost of finance at the moment. To me the CR will not mean that much as when it goes Ex date the SP will go down by @4C.
It's funny how pharma companies get a bad rap like oil companies they rip off consumers make to much profit etc I wish this was true
