If you are elderly or immunocompromised then yes you should take more precautions so ifcit makes you feel safer isolate and only allow covid negative tested people to come and see you. The fact that you are doing what your doing and having covid in rhe housr for tge second time demonstrates all of those precautions aren't working well. ive taken pretty much no precautions and only got it in December last year from my wife who rarely leaves the house.
