It seems to me Jurgen and co. were desperate to make, to have a deal at any costs, irrespective if in the process they were flogging out the Family Jewels (Artemis)worth Biullions of $$$ for a plate of..Lentils (around 100$ million )...
Even I, needed no more than one week to stitch much better a deal...
Not 7 months for such a mediocre agreement.....
Jurgen=Utter, Unmitigated Disappontment!!
Methinks, MEO's management wanted to have an agreement "at all costs", even at the huge expense of MEO and its shareholders (the Farming in return is peanuts), BECAUSE: They were afraid the Artemis Prospect would return to MOG-CUE if they were unsuccessful .....I bet Petrobras was aware of the MEO-MOG-CUE Agreement and played it very hard!!

Sorry guys....I think Jurgen failed Dismally with his mediocre, well below par-and of-course expectations- deal!!!
