That makes sense, though if I can put up the wish list.... EMR discovers a second mine locally, which enables them to pour money into developing it and then getting another tax window, all the while developing Bullseye too (and divs etc).
That being said, 9% interest on... approx $50m USD is not peanuts (I assume they paid down a little more this quarter?)
I note that EMR might be very very close to be net cash after the great quarter...
