Personally, I want the notes gone. I really like the idea of clearing them completely mid year as has been suggested.
If you don't like the pain right now, you don't want to be feeling it come near conversion date if the company was to allow that, which I highly doubt will happen. Look at other small caps when it comes near to conversion date, massive manipulation of the SP down by the note holders.
Notes paid out mid year would save $800,000 odd which could be put towards the $8-10mill needed to spend on increasing LOM to 5 years.
