    With potential in the area over the next couple decades.

    Suppose SDL steps up to the plate and takes responibility for US$3b in rail... Would this infrastructure be owned, controlled (and leased to up and commers) by SDL, or would it end up like the Pilbara rail fiasco. Having other projects ride cheaply on the coat-tails of someone elses huge cap-ex?
