maybe we are reading different announcements... I'm reading the announcement where he has been appointed to the board, who are accountable to shareholders...
anyway, I agree they do have a pattern of behaviour... I'd expect that it's something that might change as, I'd expect he will want to create value for shareholders... if u remember kph is a substantial shareholder, and he was the head of healthcare.
