Some have said that Bruce is hiding Tim Murray's past, reading the statement, it appears to cover his background pretty well. It's not unusual for the new employer to leave out the names of past employers and describe the position held.

Mr Murray has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Anson and willalso be based in Australia.
He is fluent in Mandarin and is an experienced negotiator of commercialcontracts with Chinese partners. In his position, he will play a key role inthe team with responsibility for managing the relationship with Anson’s DirectLithium Extraction (DLE) partner Sunresin and ensuring the ongoing developmentof the Company’s cooperation agreement with Sunresin.
Mr Murray has owned and operated a regulated financial service companyin the USA for the past 10 years, providing analysis of commodity trends andthe impact on resources companies.
Prior to that he spent 18 years living in China, where his work focusedon the emergence of China as the world’s second largest economy.
He has strong experience in the analysis of the performance of miningand exploration companies, and in recent years has developed a deepunderstanding of the lithium industry including process technologies anddeveloping trends within the industry.

Tim is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), holds a BEc / BA (Hons) in Chinese Political Economy from Macquarie University.
