    certainly doesn't explain it for me John, for the monies spent today on the notes we could have bought close to 4 million shares(plus the add on of clearing our sellers), the notes equate to approx 1.9 mil shares,2.1 million extra shares taken out of the mix equates to much more than that at the moment and hopefully even more down the track
