If I read this correctly, 83% of the improvement in exercise tolerance occurred after 30 days and the remaining 17% over the following 11 months.
That is more like 21% improvement experienced over the 11 months (17%) relative to that achieved over the first 30 days (83%) compared to baseline.......not a lot of difference between 17 and 21, but it shows considerable ongoing improvement.

Almost disease modifying. All other TAVR’s mean gradients get worse not better with time. This is very special.
