I agree that 20c a year for 8 years is very doable at NEWC of USD 200.
Discounting each future year's income by (riskfree interest rate plus risk margin), the answer isn't $1.60; it's less, and it's sufficiently less for me to have opted to sell out now.
But I'll be back if there's a SP over-reaction if/when the dividend is cut in late 2023.
