    I agree,

    Large number of cross trades over the past couple of days.

    I purchased into FKP with the assumption that they will be a take over target at some point. Still trading at a considerable discount to NTA.

    Just waiting for the day to come of either a re-rating by the market, or a takeover from the likes of Stockland.
