Coincidently I was having a look at Real estate the other day. Cleve, Arno bay and Port Neil to the South. Obviously there's Port Lincoln but its 120 k's away. And you can clearly see on Google maps the farm ( and buildings) that sit directly upon the resource. I reckon most workers would prob prefer the beaches of Arno bay (15 k's from mine site). Maybe we should create a Co-op ( ha). They'll need accomodation!
By the way, that's a good pick up re: Port Lincoln paper. They're certainly aware there will probably and influx of people to the area.
