This is very much in line with my thinking. It also seems to me that the takeover offer timing, just after the receipt of offtake offers, is very relevant. If the offers gave a path to development finance, there would have been no acceptance of the offer. I am still of the opinion that the catalyst for acceptance was the desire to put some pressure on potential offtake partners. This has a long way to go. Not only do we have the scoping study and mining lease announcement due, but we also should have assays from the first pass investigation of 40 new prospects identified in the structural study next month. There is a lot of water to flow under the bridge before there is a vote by shareholders.

not sure we will see those announcements. Read clause 6. They are also not allowed to spend any money any longer above $500k
