    re: Ann: Forge Target's Statement and Ind... If the valuation was to be above $2.10 I guess it doesn't matter if it is $2.11 or $4.11, same recommendation would be not to buy. I guess they wanted it to be a true reflection and directors finally acknowledge the true value.
