Just for the record. The Villars already have a foreign partner in Cliff James and TVI Pacific
TVI Pacific is listed in the TSX. I would think that it there is any agreement to be had, Cliff James will have something to say about it
And that somehow, TVI Pacific would be there in the equation. Pure speculation on my part but probably worth thinking about for armchair strategists
