that's about 260,000 tonne. also it's nuggety so can be very variable. not knowing all the gel and met detail, but seems to me we would want to blend or run concurrently with other ore over time.
so to earlier point we need more ore to support the plant up and running. without ore , the mill comes to standstill and we are dead in water and no further down track then we are now.
