Management wont be impressed, if NHC will be cashed up, then why not offer something of substance rather than pitch a dud bid that will end up being rejected. I personally think we'll see Xstrata bid, and then should NHC really show desperation (as they have done so far with their use of colourful words describing how much of a better offer theirs is compared to MCC's aquisition of GCL), then they might throw in the cash incentive part come monday morning.
