Good luck to CYL collecting any potential break fee from VAN though, CYL can get in line with rest of long list of creditors vango owe money to, including but not restricted to lodestar, Superior and zuleika. Even in section of this document detailing litigation risk there is no discussion whatsoever of vango outstanding legal disputes with either Superior or zuleika. Very curious.. Excepting a two week extension this deal got to be done by 20Feb23. End of February is Superiors court date in front of western australia supreme court about disputed ownership of dampier plutonic stock.
