Thanks for posting - its nice to hear that others have started out in the share market with low amounts! I kind of felt a bit silly because everyone else seems to have a lot of cash floating around the market.
How did putting your money into a blue chip work out? and out of interest which one was it? Do you wish you had gone with a LIC or are you happy with your chosen path?
I have looked into blue chips but I think LIC's are the right option for me while I get to know the market, and also its giving me access to some blue chip stocks for a lot cheaper...
