I'm not blindsided by this announcement to be honest...raising capital from retail shareholders is generally hardwork. Most times SH's are whinging they were not permitted to partake in the Capital raise. This is not the case here. The markets have been a somewhat "jittery" so can understand why retail are a little hesitant to commit to the raise. Once drilling has commenced...and results are good sh's will be reflecting on why they did'nt participate. ALL IMO
