@vik1989 Of course they will plan how they would drill out their land and would progress that until a sale / partial sale / partnership is presented.. no use sitting on their hands with a bucket of pay beneath their feet. And also shows proof to potential buyers / partners.. adds cash flow and profit for future ventures.. IE their business model
