Dare I say, that the Panel and staff should not be exempted from this requirement.
This could well sink into a legal quagmire. A mudslinging extravaganza. Hopefully not.
If, at the end of the day, it doesn't lead to a higher bid price for shareholders, then all this will be an exercise in futility.
